That error is very common in the BF4 community among those using ATI cards. A couple of questions:

1: Are you only BSODing during BF4?

2: Are you using Mantle?

3: Do you have anti-aliasing turned on in your in game settings?

Haven't installed any other game and played since the fresh install etc.

not sure, I haven't ticked a box to say using mantle but I think Mantle only works on the later versions of drivers?

I run on Ultra so it does have it enabled, recommend turning anti off?

Right, as a test can you turn off anti aliasing and test the game then report back?

I'm struggling to get anything out of that log at all mate. A 0x10E points to either your video driver behaving improperly or, as the STOP indicates, the video memory has encountered a condition it can't recover from. Can I just double check which driver version you have installed again? Is it still 13.9?

13.9 still, yes.

I just had a very strange experience that I couldn't load any chrome web pages, i could in explorer but chrome kept saying out of memory. 'it's dead jim' message.

Edit: Reloaded ALL of the mini dumps

I'll admit to being slightly stumped here (the fact I have a stinking head cold is not helping me think straight). My next train of thought would be to try your GPU in another PCIe slot, do you have one spare?

I do not sadly.

Some other people have sad it might be my memory, even though memtest86+ hasn't flagged anything else. I was going to test it for a good 18 hours, run it over tonight and during the day tomorrow.

Right, before I make the leap towards saying I think your card may be faulty I'm going to ask a friend to stop by and take a look. He knows his hardware better than I do, sit tight and he'll be along shortly.

Hello, forgive me! LOL
This isn't a Win7 problem but I am thinking the problem would be the same from XP to 7. Just for clarity XP Pro is my problem child. I did a search for *.zip files. (I am trying to get all my pictures edited and on an external hdd) Made a folder for them. At the search menu, I 'selected all', cut,...
