Your problem does not seem to be part of your AV.
Your problem is related to: bflwfx64.sys

bflwfx64.sys is part of Killer Bandwidth Control and developed by Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. according to the bflwfx64.sys
bflwfx64.sys's description is "Killer Bandwidth Control Filter Driver"
bflwfx64.sys is digitally signed by Qualcomm Atheros, Inc..
bflwfx64.sys is usually located in the 'C:\Windows\system32\drivers\' folder.

Go to the website of Qualcomm and update drivers.

I Searched all of Qualcomms killer drivers and was unable to find it. Any solutions?

Driver Downloads | Qualcomm Atheros, Inc.
It doesnt specify that its the Killer Bandwidth Control Filter Driver. Should i just blindly download the first Killer driver under the 2100, e2100 and xeno pro tab?

I would not download drivers that might not be correct. What you can try is to call Qualcomm. Ask them for information on how to get the driver that I mentioned in my first post. That would be the most safe way to resolve the problem. You may also want to ask if others have called with similar problems and what they suggested.
Another method, if you just began having the problem, you can use system restore to go back before the problem began. There may be a conflict with the aforementioned driver and other software recently downloaded. You may be able to resolve the conflict with System Restore
