Please do the following:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
System Restore Point - Create

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
Safe Mode

Okay so after the memtest i didnt have any errors for a few hours, then the laptop started crashing again. I followed the steps and enabled the driver verifier and a BSOD occured within seconds of getting past the login page. Ive attached the DM logger report

See if an updated driver is available for the Synaptic Touchpad of the laptop:
Drivers ? Synaptics

Please check under Start Menu\Programs\Intel is there an application called Intel Matrix Storage Manager?

Please do the following:
1. Click
2. Right click on "My Computer" icon and click "Manage" on the context menu.
3. It will open the "Computer Management" window.
4. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
5. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
6. Save a screen capture image of this window and upload it here in your next reply.

Code:
DAEMON Tools Lite	"c:\program files (x86)\daemon tools lite\dtlite.exe" -autorun	TESLA\JACK	HKU\S-1-5-21-2063627916-269710909-1350529449-1000\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Uninstall this application - its a well-documented cause of system instability and BSOD.

OK. Lets monitor for further BSOD - upload the new zip file if you get more BSOD.

NOTE: whilst monitoring the device manager, it automatically refreshed and removed the second IDE controller in the list
