Problems with programs not working and then BSOD 0x(0*15)3

Hi,

My computer has been playing up a bit over the last few days. In which I mean that some programs won't run and/or update.
For example Outlook always freezes if I delete items from the spam file (I have to use Task Mgr); Skype won't update at all and doesn't respond; MSIE 11 encounters an error and tries to reload the page again (the page being a blank one), this goes into a loop! The other evening, using my default browser Firefox, I watched a Youtube video, I hadn't finished and wanted to watch the rest yesterday evening - the video was just grey. It wouldn't open up in either MSIE or Chrome. Opera wouldn't even open. I found the following link and followed the instructions here
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
Please note: The application was right clicked and given Admin Rights!!!
OPTION 1

Using the DM-log-collector opens the following error window: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them."
OPTION 2
Using this option gave several errors for nearly everything despite these entries being in the folder created.
Errors were reported for the following: I didn't continue and yes I gave Admin to the program.
Grab All.
Driver List.
MGADiag.
DXDiag.
Event Log.
MSInfo.
System Info.
CPU-Z

The computer crashed several times last night with the following "STOP ERROR" code:
stop: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA800ABB8B30, 0xFFFFFA800ABB8E10, 0xFFFFF800041CD460)
The numbers in BOLD were always the same while the others were slightly different during the 4/5 BSODs

I did or tried to do a system restore but at one point a window said the Restore failed but a minute later another said it had been completed successfully. The computer wouldn't even start in SAFE MODE, Neither once or twice using the REPAIR open using F8.
In the end it finally worked and managed to get it to start.

I would like to know what would be the best solution to resolve these various problems.
I'd like to point out that my computer didn't come with a Windows 7 installation DVD but with a partition, like many computers nowadays I'm sorry to say!
I did make an image of the computer shortly after starting it up.

Hi English Teacher.

Test your HDD using HGST Windows Drive Fitness Test (WinDFT).

If it fails to detect the HDD, use Seatools. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use

Also, Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.
  1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.
Let us know the results.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Sorry but I need to ask which of the Windows 7 ISOs I need to download. My computer crashed after the latest windows update and just has a blank screen. Just a dll error message after installing the updates and on rebooting nothing else happened.
I'd like to try to reboot from a DVD.
From this link which is the correct one I need?
Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit English installation. The Windows is original and has the sticker under the computer.

Thank you
