As far as my Computer is telling me I do have hotfixes installed. I respect that the .dmp file may be saying otherwise but I can only act on what I am told by what I can see. I acted on your previous advise and sought ways to try and rectify not having hotfixes installed, following several guides concerning ensuring WIndows update was functioning correctly.

I will follow your advice and seek to update the USB drivers. If that fails i will again post a .dmp file

So I had another BSOD with a 0x0000001E error.

Attached is as always a collection of the .dmp files. With the latest one in it.

So I downloaded "WhoCrashed" (Home Edition) and got it to scan.

This is what it said for the BSOF on the 28th and the one today.
