Secondly, I used to have bitdefender before karspersky in my computer but I unistalled a few weeks ago, and it's supposed not to be running in my computer...

I'm running a Bitdefender uninstall tool that I've downloaded from the official website, I'll give you my feedback in a few days.

Glad to hear you got MSE installed, that will cover you for your anti virus and coupled with regular on demand scans with MalwareBytes you'll be covered.
