BSOD (multiple codes) or screen freeze at idle/gaming/anything

Various BSODs: 7e, 1a, a, 0, 50 (this one with Driver Verifier on), and some others I've forgotten (old dumps wiped but pointed to ntoskrnl.exe).

So I've been dealing with this problem for a few months now. I first suspected a RAM problem, but the problem persisted even when replacing it with new modules (I'll be running testing overnight probably) so I'm wondering if it's maybe the ram slots (I've had the same problem using all 4).

This is even a problem when I replaced my hdd with a ssd, so I'm pretty sure it's not a Windows problem per se. I've re-installed Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 twice now. The first time I tried to let Windows handle all the driver installs instead of going through and installing myself, but it didn't want to do that, so I went and installed them, which caused a ton of BSODs/freezing/hanging. I'm on my second OS install and while the frequency isn't there, the problem persists.

I'm at the point where I'm about to send out all hardware I can for RMA just in case there *is* something wrong with it.

Could this be some weird driver conflict that I can't figure out? How can I go about trying to figure out what drivers have been conflicting over 2 hard drives and 3 OS installs?

Anyway, I've attached the two minidumps I currently have with other requested information and will upload more when they happen and I'm running with Driver Verifier on. If there's any more info I need to provide or if something isn't making sense, I apologize. I'm not really sure what information is relevant to trying to fix this before I go computer-less for several weeks. I've seen some similar threads, but they're either not quite the same, or there was never any follow-up on whether or not a solution worked. Thanks a ton for taking the time out to look at this stuff.

Was running Prime95 on Blend mode and the system froze after only a few minutes. Results file doesn't really help:

    [Mon Oct 13 09:35:17 2014]
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.

Update: Ran Driver Verifier all weekend with no problems (last time I did this, it was BSODs left and right). Could the issue have been driver related or should I brave three weeks without hardware?

Another update 10/14: attached two minidumps from this morning

I've received my mobo and RAM back from RMA and am still having the issue. Any suggestions?

Could it be possible that there's an issue with my cpu being 990FX and my mobo having a 970 chipset? I had to replace my cpu a while ago and didn't realize until now that there was this difference.
