Multiple issues are there; but most prominant and predominant issue is the Belkin Wireless G USB Network Adapter.
Code:
BugCheck 1E, {0, 0, 0, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for athrxusb.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for athrxusb.sys

Probably caused by : nwifi.sys ( nwifi!Pt6RepackRecvNBL+103 )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
And the driver is too old.
Code:
    Image name: athrxusb.sys
    Timestamp:        Tue Jul 29 18:17:13 2008 (488F1151)
At first, try to have an update from Official Belkin Support Site | Updating the wireless adapter?s driver

Let us know the situation after doing it.
