    Hi mohi.

Click on the button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

OK, first uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

The next one is a critical one. It is your Linksys WUSB600N Wireless-N USB Network Adapter with Dual-Band ver. 2. The official download page has an older driver than that you already have.
    Windows 7 Driver

    04/30/2012
    Ver.3.1.12.0 (Windows 7 32 & 64 bit)
Actually the chip/driver is developed by Ralink, but the adapter is marketed by Linksys. Later Ralink was absorbed by MediaTek. So the situation got haphazard.

I would suggest you to use the driver as provided by the official driver download page, though it is old. If the issue continues to occur, you may need to get a new adapter for which there will be updated drivers available (like Qualcomm Atheros).

    Hi mohi.

There is only one crash dump and that is an old one.Though one thing makes me highly astonished ... why and how you have bloatwares of multiple board manufacturers? Can you tell me about it?
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\GIGABYTE OC_GURU II
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AI Suite II
Have you changed the board recently?

EDIT: About the BSOD: it is apparent that you havent applied the suggest network driver. So the BSODs and network crashes are well expected.
    Code:
    netr28ux Linksys USB Wireless L Linksys USB Wireless L Kernel 6/8/2011 C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\netr28ux.sys 4,096
Report us ONLY after updating the driver.

Though there is no valid reason to blame either of the programs for your BSOD, but both of them are not very safe to use.

About the network driver ..... the website says the driver date is 04/30/2012 and your system reports it as of 6/8/2011. The difference is too long to be the same version.

A crash dump could tell us the actual situation.
