hey arc the gigabyte oc guru 2 is a software for the GTX 770 graphics card for overclocking it...and the asus ai suit 2 is for for over clocking the cpu from the motherboard among other things.. the network driver was updated from the linksys link u posted i updated it to the 3.1.12.0 driver....it was the latest driver from the official website...
Though there is no valid reason to blame either of the programs for your BSOD, but both of them are not very safe to use.

About the network driver ..... the website says the driver date is 04/30/2012 and your system reports it as of 6/8/2011. The difference is too long to be the same version.

A crash dump could tell us the actual situation.

Lol ... no!! It is the same dump I pointed in my earlier post. Check the date of the file!

Well done! This screenshot makes it clear that you have the latest driver installed.
But still, without seeing the crash dump we cannot be able to detect which made the crash. IMHO we need to wait for one more BSOD now.

Have you noticed those crashes? Were they accompanied with Blue Screens, or just abnormal shutdowns?

If those are BSODs in true sense but did not record, follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

If still nothing is recorded, take a camera snap of the blue screen .... the on-screen codes may give us some ideas.

No, it will not cause any adversity at all. Let the settings remain there.
