BSOD with few details

Today my father brought home work computer, said the people using it got a BSOD when working with a CAD document, and told me to fix it (I'm the "tech support" of the family). However, diagnosing BSODs (or even understanding the slightest thing about a cause for one) is not my strong suit, so here I am.

Since I wasn't there when the BSOD occurred and can't replicate it (see below), all I can really say is that the computer doesn't boot outside of safe mode. The windows boot splash screen appears then the screen goes gray (not completely black, gray), and there's nothing to do past that. Beyond that I can really only post the error log and system information (which I guess is in my profile? new here).

Edit: Turns out the problem had to do with the graphics driver. Removed and reinstalled it and everything was fine.

Edit2: Driver failure was not the problem but seems to be an effect of the problem.

Hi windoge.

Though there is no crash dump, but the other files gives a hint that there were two BSODs, both of them were stop 0xF4.
Code:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000f4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa800f2fea70, 0xfffffa800f2fed50, 0xfffff80003192270). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 101314-5881-01.
A stop 0xF4 is related to storage. What you should do for this BSOD is to make it sure that the SSD is running with the latest firmware.

I think you may want to check it.

As it turns out the failed display driver was not the the problem. Seems to have been a result of an underlying issue. Problem persisted, more BSODs occurred, bringing us to the issue of storage. I checked the firmware, Samsung Magician tells me its running the latest. Could this be a problem with the SSD itself or something different?

Edit: Attached a new error log. Also should mention that the computer now seems to boot and run fine, but I'm told it crashes after a few hours of use.

Let us see the SMART. Post a screenshot of the SSD using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

Also, open the computer. Re-seat the sata and power.
If possible, apply a new SATA cable, and use it to another unused port on the motherboard.

Does it change anything?
