    Intermitent BSOD Product 768_1

    Hi guys,

I have a Lenovo G570 which is giving an intermittent BSOD. Sometimes iI can go the whole day without a BSOD and some other times the thing crashes 3-5 times a day.

    Here are the details:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 50
    BCP1: FFFFF8816948D360
    BCP2: 0000000000000000
    BCP3: FFFFF8800598FA18
    BCP4: 0000000000000005
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Any help will be appreciated! I suspect that its the RAM memory but I just want to make sure its not a driver related issue.

Click on the button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.
