Tray Icon for Network always showing a red X?

Still doesnt work and also shows no connections as before.

Its not i have like 1000 wifi nets over here because i live next to the university

The guy that sold me the note asked me to install this it didn't help,but now i can change the colour of the keyboard so there's that.
