Got a blue screen error and now my wireless is not working

The guy that sold me the note asked me to install this it didn't help,but now i can change the colour of the keyboard so there's that.

What was it you Installed .. Also what do you mean by changing the colour of the Keyboard ?..

Its called hotkey,and theres an option to change the keyboard back light
