    Welcome to 7F.

Firstly, please show a modicum of patience. Your thread was less than an hour old before you decided to bump it. People here give their time for free between their other commitments, there are also a lot of people requesting help. Also bumping your own thread will remove it from the Unanswered Threads list and people will presume you're being dealt with.
    So please be patient.

    1: Kaspersky is causing issues.

Uninstall Kaspersky using the tool linked below and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

       Note
Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing MalwareBytes.

Great to hear. If and when you're happy the issues are completely resolved would you mind marking the thread as solved?
