X200T BSOD on slow shutdown - DRIVER POWER STATUS FAILURE.
Only peripheral is Zoom Tri-Band USB modem.

Lenovo + Windows + Office 2007 SBE installed w/Updates - all say up to date.

The BSOD is caused by ThinkPad Power Management Driver which is a factory bloatware.

I'd recommend you to Clean Up Factory Bloatware, with a special reference to Point #13
