Two things first. You bumped our own thread four times within two hours of starting it, four times. Analysts here give their free time as and when they can between working and family time. You may think you have the right to demand their time but you certainly don't.
You also don't have the right to 'jump to the front of the queue', there are plenty of other people here waiting on support patiently, unlike yourself. Show some bloody patience and respect.

Also, by bumping your own post you removed your thread from the Unanswered threads list so people think you're being dealt with. Another downfall of your impatience, maybe you'll learn from this? Probably not.

1: Avira anti-virus is causing issues.

    Code:
    fffff880`009df720 fffff880`05227340Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\avipbb.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avipbb.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avipbb.sys
     avipbb+0x1d340
Uninstall Avira and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

       Note
Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing MalwareBytes.

2: Your nVidia driver has been flagged.

    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+98bd14 )

    2: kd> lmvm nvlddmkm
    start end module name
    fffff880`05ab2000 fffff880`06716000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
        Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
        Timestamp: Tue May 20 00:08:44 2014 (537A8EFC)

        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Download this earlier version from here and follow NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems for the cleanest possible install.

3: Uninstall Daemon Tools, a proven cause of BSODs.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and perform the following steps.
    3. Double click the executable to open it.
    4. Click the button shown below.

If the button it is grayed out as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system and you can just close the window.
