Yes i did everything, what you suggest. My pc starts to **** me off again... now, sometimes, when for example i download sth on my HDD it just lags, i cant click, or turn something my mouse works, but anything esle dont, ctrl+alt+del do not work too, and i need to shut it down, some days ago my 4gb ram(ou of 8gb) crashed. Maybe i need to reinstall windows? cuz i dont know what to do with this computer...

Hi Murad.

The issue that you are stating is not a BSOD issue. Apparently a browser hand may be caused by some unwanted malware.

The easiest way to deal with a malware is to wipe up the HDD and perform a clean reinstall. But if the issue persists even after a clean install, then that will need a more serious troubleshooting.

Go for a clean install as you planned.
