Issue not able to repair Computer through sfc checker

    Hi

I am using Windows 7 SP1 with the latest patches.

I ran the sfc checker today - sfc /scannow as I do to check on my machine and it found issues that it was not able to repair/fix some issues through the sfc checker.

I was able to copy the cbs.log file from windows/log/cbs.log to my desktop and I saw that the following issues were not able to be repaired. I have added the cbs.log file to report for further assistance.

Below is the line from the report

Anyhelp would be appreciate to fix this issue

    Thanks
    Flybird

I have found out why the sfc is telling me that the files are not able to be repaired since I installed an update Windows6.1-KB2937610-x64 that does not work well with sfc. When I uninstalled the update, I was told by Sfc that the windows did not find any file integrity issues.

I have uninstalled KB2937610-x64 from the machine.

I will report this issue to Microsoft

This issue is now fixed by Microsoft. I need to do a offline checker for the system following these instructions from Microsoft.

Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, right click Command Prompt, and click Run as administrator from the drop down menu.. Type cd\ and press ENTER. Type "chkdsk c: /r" without the quotes and hit ENTER. Make sure you include the spaces indicated. Enter Y when asked whether you wish to run chkdsk on restarting the computer. Type exit, press the ENTER key and restart the computer.

It corrected the files that were causing the patch not to install properly

I then did a sfc which told me that there are no integrity issues and then installed the KB patch.

    Everything is working properly :)
