Just updating you Jesse I have tried myself to find any firmware or driver or other software form Arris who the Touchstone modem is the product of. Now it is a very very convoluted and frankly irritating company to get any info out of and it involves such nonsense as logging in to get info and an email system that is beyond belief.
But I hope you can get some info out of them because after spending some considerable time searching I just gave up and personally knowing it is so I would not recommend their products at all.

Well, the router was new. Probably just an older version. Anyhow, it seems to work good. Seems to be a lot faster than what we used to have. I contacted Arris yesterday about a problem with the password online and they helped me. I probably should have given yall the model number.
