    BSOD on starting TeckNet webcam

    Howdy,

I keep getting a Blue Screen every time I try and click on my Tecknet Webcam software. Any idea how to fix it, other than buying a different webcam? I'm pretty sure it used to work OK.

I'm using 64 bit Windows 7, crash log is below. Its a gigabyte motherboard Z68AP-D3 with an i5 2500 CPU and Radeon 7800 GPU. Primary Hard drive is a Samsung SSD

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi Stirrups.

    Update the Etron USB 3.0 Driver from GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z68AP-D3 (rev. 1.0)

Update Realtek ethernet driver from Realtek ... get the second item of the list, Win7 and Server 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program.

Update the display driver from Download Drivers

I failed to see anything about WiFi, probably because it is not installed. If you provide the info about the wifi device, I may search about it.

Let us know for any further issue. Most probably more further troubleshooting will be required there.

I think you should observe the situation for a few more days. Inform us if any more BSOD occurs.
