    BSOD while computer is idle

    Hello

I'm writing to see if you can provide troubleshooting assistance with daily BSOD events I'm getting on my computer. They've been happening over the past week-2 weeks, primarily when the computer has been idle (i.e. at night, when I have been at work). I primarily use this machine for browsing the internet, listening to music. I've reviewed many of the forum entries to try and initially resolve the problems myself (updating drivers, virus scan, checking RAM, hard drive check, etc) but to no avail. I've attached the zip file as requested in your instructions as well as providing my system specs. I'm interested to see if this is a hardware or software issue. I appreciate your assistance. Thanks.

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-
Update this driver to its latest version or roll back to a previous one Rt64win7.sys Driver Reference Table
