You have a system repair disc? System Repair Disc - Create (let someone else create it for you)
Or a Windows 7 install disk? Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River (an you download and burn it? if not let another one do it for you)

We need one of them to be able to boot from and troubleshoot the issue.

Most likely your C drive is corrupt. Can be a hardware problem or software problem.

i see a windows is loading files

then the loading bar stops at the middle and the error u posted earlier comes.

Test your harddisk for errors. You need one of the two disks to do it. Did you already download/burn or borrow it?

Also test your memory with memtest86 . Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
