    BSOD with Xyloc software installed.

If my computer has no issues when a specific software/hardware is not installed, but blue screens when it is installed, is it positively the software/hardware issue, and not a problem with my computer?

My computer has been incredibly stable. I recently (last week and then again today) installed software and hardware from EnsureTech(dot)com for a Xyloc card reader. This hardware is made to read an RFID type card to provide credentials to log on to my computer and lock the computer when I move away from it.

The software/hardware seems to work fine for 15-30 minutes and then the computer crashes. Specifically, at seemingly random times the screen goes to "Logging Off..." (it should NOT be logging off at this point), takes longer than it should to log off and crashes to a blue screen.

The software has a bypass mode in case you forget your key at home. I removed the hardware but left the software installed, and the computer still crashed in the same manner.

I contacted the vendor who stated that this hardware is installed at 80,000 locations and they've never had a blue screen...it is impossible for their software to cause a blue screen... When I uninstall the software my system remains stable.

I have hopefully followed the directions properly to attach the dump logs - this thread showed the program I downloaded should create a zip file. It created a folder with files but didn't zip it. I've zipped them and attached. Note that these logs were generated with the Xyloc software uninstalled.

    I ran memtest 86 v5.01 for 9 passes with 0 errors.

I would truly appreciate any help you can give. I'm good at following directions, but don't know how to interpret the logs. Thank you in advance!
