YOUR RADEON DRIVER HAS stopped responding and has JUST RECOVERED.
Bad news. Specially when it is happening with the latest version of the display driver.

Do three things on a test basis.

► 1. Uninstall your installed latest version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install version 13.9 WHQL only.

► 2. Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.Take a screenshot of the furmark window before closing it. Upload the screenshot for us.

► 3. Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: Speccy - Publish Snapshot of your System Specs .

That quoted error is too random to be caught by a stress test, but a try is needed.

OK, uninstall the driver in device manager.
Then follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling to clean the leftovers.

But, the overall implication is towards a failing graphics, as you are saying.

i removed for everything now when i goto device manager
i cant see name of AMD RADEON 5650
It just shows STANDARD VGA GRAPHIC ADAPTOR
I tried using recovery disk ..it got stuck in between i forcefully restarted it
i cant do a fresh install as well as this windows installation can pre-installed .

but right now i dnt see any blue screen and its letting me login in normal mode too but the problem is that at bootup screen i get Pattern of many Dots in different color ..its like a mesh of dots ..also the AMD HD RADEON 5650 name dissappeared from the device manager list...when am trying to install software for amd radeon ..either am getting some kind of error or after installation am coming across the bluescreen with the error i mentioned earlier
i dont feel like changina nything to it right now ...i have exam on 16th of this month and i live in a remote place
i will try to use the laptop as it is till that date and then will follow ur suggestion if nothing happens :)
thanks a lot mate ..people like u are helping me and others selflessly i really appreciate it
    God bless u

Update ::: I tested few things and now whenever am Installing Drivers for AMD be the basic old version or the one u asked in above post or even the latest one am getting the blue screen ..tried it 8 times different ways and everytime its the same so after logging in safe mode i went to device manager and uninstalled AMD RADEON 5650 whenever am doing this am not encountering bluescreen and its letting me login in normal mode ...after loggin in i follow ur instruction and used the software to remove everything related to AMD ..but as soon as i logging in am getting this ...am not connected to internet but somehow its finding the drivers for above 2 things and installing automatically

Also since i told that i got stuck in between while recovering when am booting in safe mode using the software i read this msg " RECOVERY PARTITION ,First NTFS BOOT SECTOR IS EITHER UNAVAILABLE or Corrupt

Any ideas ? After trying out so many things now i at least know how to get rid of bluescreen - that is just by removing radeon from device manager and not installing amd software

You are doing wrong things and arriving at wrong decisions. Have patience, otherwise you will not be able to draw the right inference. Try to understand the situation.

As the AMD graphics is not accepting any driver there, that means it is over. You need to get a new graphics chip there.

STANDARD VGA GRAPHIC ADAPTER is nothing but the port enumerated display .... uses only the 15 pin d-sub and similar ports. It will show the name of the card as the adapter's name, but not using the chips of the card there. It is the minimum display available.

Nothing else you need to do right at this moment but replacing the display chip.
