BSOD at DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I had experienced a lot of BSOD in about 3 weeks, i think it have something to do with driver on my LAN card, but im not sure. Here i am attaching dumpfile.

You guessed right, try updating the driver.

The problem is, that this is the latest driver for this LAN card, or i have not found newer. Can you help me somehow?

Once again, same thing i think. Can it be somewhere else that is making this file to crash? I mean other source of BDOS making. Plus i just realised, that i had always running on background youtube. Or i read somewhere else that it can be done by antivirus or something like that. Please help me if you can. Im adding new dumpfile.

it seems that this solved my problem, 6 days without BSOD. Ill report back if something happen again. Big Thanks from me man.
