    Random BSOD On New Dell Inspiron 7737


    Hi All,

    I have a new Dell Inspiron 7737 that will random blue screen or crash throughout the day. No rhyme or reason. This is a fresh install of Windows 8.1 Pro on a Samsung 840 Pro SSD.

    Here's What I tried:
    - Updated drivers. Either from Dell or Intel websites
    - Updated/Reinstall of DirectX
    - Installed Samsung SSD Magician to apply SSD settings to Windows
    - Updated BIOS
    - Disabled sleep and hibernate
    - Set Windows Driver Framework service startup type to Automatic
    - Memtest passed
    - SSD health is normal
    - Latest firmware for SSD
    - Malware scans

    Doesn't matter if on AC power or battery. Not plugging in new hardware. This just doesn't make sense for a new out of the box laptop with a fresh install.

    I've attached SF diagnostic tools reports with last 4 dumps. Any help would be appreciated before I go down the tech support rabbit hole.

My Dell Inspiron 1470 randomly crashes all the time, no BSOD pops up, no error recovery window - it just randomly restarts. Also, it will sometimes freeze up on start up and I have to restart, again. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit. The laptop is 4 months old.
