BSOD playing select games (CS GO and WOW), while fine in others

Been getting BSOD when playing CS GO regularly (and immediately) and occasionally on WoW. The best way I can explain the issue is the screen starts to flicker with various shapes and lines, then the display goes out as if I am opening a game in full screen, then my sound starts to repeat, and the cycle ends with a BSOD. I do not have the error # right now, but can probably get one if I need to. I've tried troubleshooting issues myself, tried various settings in both the games, reformatted, and even upgraded my graphics card from a gtx 460 to a GTX 760(the issue started to happen regularly with the 460, immediately after upgrading it did not occur for about a month before it started again). I do not get the issue in Dota2 or heroes of the storm. Not really sure what to do...

    Attached is the DM log.
