BSOD playing EQ and browsing with firefox. I can't access my minidumps

Hello I have been having random BSOD's occur recently while playing Everquest about 3 times now and it's happened once while looking at facebook on firefox. I have tried to and can't access my mini-dumps to see what the problem is. When I try to access my mini-dump file it tells me I am not allowed. I put this computer together and installed / updated mt windows seven pro program so I am confused by this. I was hoping I could get some help from the forum on this problem so I could fix the issue if possible . Sorry for no code I didn't think to write it down when viewing the details.
Thank you for looking at this

    Uninstall these programs:-

    DAEMON Tools Pro Agent "c:\program files (x86)\daemon tools pro\dtagent.exe" -autorun theportal\Thom HKU\S-1-5-21-1705769631-1984472536-945149377-1000\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

GIGABYTE OC_GURU c:\progra~2\gigabyte\gigaby~1\oc_guru.exe Public Common Startup

Both know to cause BSOD, Let us know if you get a BSOD after removing them

    Thanks

Okay and thank you for such a rapid response. It's random when it happens so I am unsure of a time frame.
