Getting various BSODs, most recent is 0x000000f4

Hello, so I had a problem described in this thread: System restore not working after BSOD but it was succesfully solved.
Basically my computer (Sony Vaio vpcsb4m9e) crashed with a BSOD and it was hard to get Windows working again. Before I managed to restore the system I got a lot of BSODs, 0x000000B4. After the system restore I got a blue screen again, with another code, I don't know which one anymore. After that I ran chkdsk and for a couple of days it looked like everything is fine. Today I got a BSOD again accompanied by some really loud rattling noise. 0x000000F4.
My best guess is that something happened when the laptop fell off a coffee table some weeks ago. Could there be serious hardware problems based on this description? (I don't know if this a useful information but my dual-boot-Linux works without errors.)
Thanks for your help!

Found this in Problem Devices:
AMD Radeon(TM) HD 6470M PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6760&SUBSYS_907B104D&REV_00\4&B9519B&0&0008 This device is disabled.

However it does say the driver is installed: Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\atikmpag.sys (8.14.1.6214, 302.50 KB (309,760 bytes), 20/02/2013 22:59)

Go to device manager see if you can enable it. Might want to see if you can find an update for that driver if it works.

Keep us posted.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply There is this Vaio switch on my laptop to switch between Stamina and Speed modes. As far as I know the AMD Radeon driver is enabled in Speed mode but I rarely use it so it's probably normal for it to be disabled.

Update: got one again. 0x0000007A. Looks like it still can't create a crash dump...

OK, I have updated all the outdated drivers and enabled the Radeon driver it to see if that helps. It actually looks like that the CPU usage is a little higher now like in Speed mode but I'll test it for a while like this.

OK, apparently the problem still persists.. I'm either getting 0xF4 or 0x7A. Any suggestions?

EDIT: It looks like defragging (with any program) always makes the system crash with code 0xF4. 0x7A happens on some other occasions that I can't specify yet. Also, Windows Update can't install updates, I'm not sure of this problem is related.
