    Memory Dump


    I kept getting blue screen after the boot logo.... i'll upload a *dmp file. can anyone give me some ideas its the ram problem...

    The dmp file pointed to your ATI graphics driver as being the culprit.

    If you can get into Windows using safemode you should be able to uninstall the ATI display drivers, it might be a good idea to use driver sweeper.

    After that you should be able to get into Windows again.

    This is usually a hardware error, but there's a couple of things that you can try before swapping out the video card.

    Update your video card drivers

    Borrow a video card - or buy one that you can return in order to try it in place of the current card.

    I thought it was the ram since i crashed when i had 4gb ram in there now i know its the ATI graphic card thanks how can i fix it?
