BSOD - Random along with System Freeze

I have been working on this for months.
Started with a clean install of Windows 7 Pro
SSD Firmware was updated at installation time
Here are some of the steps I have already taken

1. Replaced video card
2. New Memory
3. Removed Secondary Hard Drives
4. Updated all drivers
5. Updated motherboard firmware
6. communicated with ASUS ( Turned out not to be much help as they could not find a replacement MB )
7. Ran verifier.exe when dne64x.sys appeared as a problem I removed Cisco VPN and AVG Pro ( That error appeared to go away but I am still getting errors )
8. Removed Internal Blu-ray Drive ( I just did this 2 days ago after I realized the system was not seeing the drive. I was hoping that was the issue but Noooo! that did not work )

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

At the first attempt, uninstall ASUS AI Suite and see how it goes.

I had uninstalled over a month ago and recently reinstalled it to see if made a difference.
I just uninstalled it again but I don't think it will make a difference

Any other thoughts?

Thoughts are not the fact here. The list of things that you reported in the OP, that excludes only one thing that is the motherboard.

A back-forth action with some extremely troublesome programs like AI Suite may cause leave its root in the deep of the system which may be impossible to remove in normal course.

Do another clean installation of windows. First boot into the BIOS and set it to default settings. Then complete the windows installation. When done, dont insert the driver CD that came bundled with the motherboard. Get the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer viz.
  • Intel Chipset Driver V9.3.0,
  • Realtek Audio Driver V6.0.1.7354,
  • Realtek LAN Driver V7.65.1025.2012, and
  • Intel USB 3.0 Driver V 1.0.5.235
only, and nothing else. Observe at what point the BSOD comes back. Let us know the situation. Post the data for any further BSOD.

I am going to replace the MB with an ASUS MAXIMUS IV EXTREME-R LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard.

Asus is going to send me an RMA to send in the P8H77-V LE

I will post an update after the MB Swap

That's an excellent board. Best of luck.
