Computer Keeps Shutting Down without Going to Sleep

Yes, I did. I had to tinker the with the settings, but I finally got the color back in order. The reason why it did that is because when you do a factory restore, nothing is changed back to custom (the way you had it). I'm sure you already knew this though.

I'm having a problem installing updates. It says "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing Changes. Don't turn off your computer". Please help!
