    I did know that your USB Ports had some issues .... But never jump to conclusions hopefully that issue is resolved ..

    Am I going to have to open up the computer case? That's something I wouldn't catch myself doing. You will most definitely have to help with that, if I do.

    No i do not think it will come to that .. If the Ram does show as bad you should just send the Computer back to the Manufacturer as it is under warranty ... Most Manufactures do not like any one to tamper with their product when it is still in warranty ..

    Well, I took me a Sunday Siesta, and so far it has not gone to sleep. The monitor has gone off to sleep, but the tower hasn't. Thankfully, it didn't freeze up.

    One day you will need to Replace it .. As it is a very basic PSU if you ever needed a Graphics Card it would have to be replaced ....

On a brand new (two weeks max) Win 7 professional x64 system set up by Dell, on which...following a tutorial posted here...I disabled password log in at start up, when the computer is inactive for a while it will either ask for a password to come back or it freezes so that a soft boot is necessary...
