Computer Keeps Shutting Down without Going to Sleep

I can't do anything on it right now, because there is an Internet outage.

Okay. I will check it out whenever they fix the Internet around here.

Maxie, the Internet is still down. I've called 3 times, they said they were working on it. They also said it should back up today sometime. What else do you suggest? The computer still won't go to sleep, as something is disturbing it or something. Might be a program.

I haven't tried it this morning. Should I try it?

Nope! It's still not shutting down normally.

The monitor will go off, but the tower won't.
