BSOD error - Radeon (RoyalQueen) R9 280x the source?

Hey all, I've recently acquired a new PC, it already had windows 8 installed, but as I got the PC through a family member dying, and couldn't login using the password I was given - I formatted said PC and installed windows 7 on it.

I've updated the MSI drivers on the website, I've downloaded AMDs CCC, but it seems to BSOD when doing anything related to 3d gaming or on YouTube.

    It's getting quite annoying now.

I have rar'd up the minidump files and attached them.

    My system is as follows:-
    AMD FX-8350
    MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) (MS-7641)
    16GB Corsair Vengence
some kind of AMD cooling (I'm unsure, speccy doesn't find it, I saw it in the BIOS the otherday)
No idea what the PSU is, I just have some serial number thing for it - FSP600-50arn
