0x00000101 at random times.

Been happening as long as i can remember having this pc, destroys gaming experience.

0x00000101 A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval.

I have tried updating drivers, removing unnescesary software, done Ram tests and HDD scans to no avail.
Just Re-installed my windows as a last ditch effort and still no help.
