BSOD randomly on booting 0x0000004a, please help!

Hello, I have been noticing random BSOD but only on booting. Seems to be no obvious pattern causing it.

    I get IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE STOP 0x0000004a.

Looking in BlueScreenView just tells me its the ntoskrnl.exe, other than that i am a newbie to this kind of analysis
I was okay with this until today and i opened a video file and Bam, BSOD same error and pc reboots.
I thought is that for real? tried the same file, yes it is. other files are okay though.

Please help me figure this out its becoming really annoying.
I have attached the DM log collector file.

    Thanks in advance
    Matt

    Welcome to the forum.

Make sure your dump logging is enabled.

    1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click System.
    3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
    4. Check Write an even to the system log, and Automatically restart.
    5. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).

    Location of Dumps:
    C:\Windows\minidump

Allot of important info is missing from your zip, please follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions to grab all and upload a new report here.
