    Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

I'm not real sure what is going wrong with it. I do know that sometimes the graphics CCC drivers include audio and HDMI drivers and can conflict with the motherboard audio/HDMI drivers, on occasion. Throwing another set of audio drivers in the mix, may be causing the problems. A custom install of the GPU drivers leaving out the audio drivers could be worth a try.

thanks, yeah i have noticed lately that everyone is trying to get into the gaming utility drivers like surround sound and profiling the games you have, everyone wants to be your number one gaming utility buddy. My mamba mouse now has surround sound setup auto installed on updates, and so does the G35 also have surround sound utility.

Too many audio and visual driver utilities for basic devices and not enough managment between them.

I was using the surround sound for the G35 but what i will do is disable all of that stuff. I already disabled the new gaming profile feature that comes with AMD catalyst now. They just stick it in there and unless you look for it or it has an error you wont find it. I just happen to get an error on the screen and it was for the gaming utility for AMD that i didnt even know installed.

Ok ill go thru and turn all that extra stuff off, as long as i can hear thru the headphones, see the monitors im happy. Also on monday my new harddrive will be here (just an extra one) and when im installing that ill recheck all the plugs and stuff to make sure they are ok. I put some plastic ties on some of the wires that were close to the AMD card fan and i hope i didnt tension them too tight.

    Thanks... :)

well that seems to have done the trick, turn off the surround sound on both the headset and my mouse as well as turning off some of the gaming drivers. I turned off a bunch of stuff so not sure exactly which one it was but i can say that to help other just do as i did and go in and turn off all the extra fancy stuff you really dont need, especially if you have two things like a mouse and a headset that each have its own surround sound wizzards.

Thanks so much its been about 2 days now and all is well.

That's great. However, what the heck does a mouse have to do with surround sound? Geezzz, give me a break. I can understand the headset needing the ability to place the sound where it needs to go. But graphics drivers and a mouse have no business having anything to do with sound. In the FWIW department, Razor drivers of all kinds are a known BSOD causer. A lot of people use them and never have problems. But, a lot of others it gives them fits. And mouse drivers that have surround sound drivers in them should be thrown out the window. I hope yours is fixed for good. If it is, your issue may have very well been that 4 sets of audio drivers in the OS is a good reason you are having problems. These companies all know you have sound drivers in your motherboard drivers. Them adding audio drivers is ridiculous. Remember, they do make drivers. They know exactly what is going to happen. I think it is understandable that a headset may need drivers. But a mouse and a graphics card?

I totally agree with you, im not a huge gamer but i got the mamba because i wanted a bigger mouse cause i have big hands, and having to buy a ms or logitech mouse every couple of years was becomming a pain. Just like everything else nothing last as long as it should, i have a old ms mouse that is very very old and still works, but yet i was going thru disposable logitech mouses every few years. I thought maybe because of the confort fit and by paying more (embarrassing more) for a mouse would be worth it. But yeah they toss in stuff all the time that i really have to watch to see what the new deal is and turn it off.

Thanks so much for your help :) your awesome

Not as awesome as your avatar. The Duke is #1 in my book. When he was created they broke the mold. Thanks for saying that but I'm not awesome, and I have numerous references if you don't believe me.

I think i might have the same references lol... dont we all do stupid things for stupid reasons sometimes lol.. But i always had this connection with the Duke even at a young age that kept me from going too far in those bad times. I just wish i had the sense to have had more foresite to practice his character beliefs and his rules of life at a younger age. I could have saved myself a whole lot of heartache. He is #1 with me as well, we dont have and may never have heros of that kind of genuine nature ever again for people to aspire to follow, of course he would say "im not a hero im just a man".

This country needs a swift kick in the tail and he would be the perfect man to do it if he was here. He was such a straight shooter but without that kind of arrogence you find today, he was by far not a perfect man but he personified and lived the "character matters" belief that we sure need more of. I can just see him grabbing some of those people that did the burning of buildings in fergosen by the scruff of the collar, kicking them in the ass and saying "what is it that you think your doing" and hopefully changing their ways as he had a way of doing with people with just the quickest interaction.

Thanks for your kind words, i use that or another one of his avatars on all my forum accounts as just my way of saying thanks Duke and maybe trying to inspire others to know the man. :)

One of my favorite quotes was from one of his movies that I can't remember, but one that nobody has ever heard of. He got into a gunfight with a guy in a saloon, but they were standing way far apart. Of course the Duke won and shot the guy. He never went to the other side of the saloon where the other guy was laying, he just holstered his gun, turned to walk out and told his partner, well, I killed him. His partner said you shot him but how do you know you killed him? The Duke stopped in his tracks and looked at his partner with that look of disbelief, and said, because I wasn't trying not to. It doesn't come off so well typing it, but I still laugh every time I think of it. It was the classic John Wayne. And then there was the movie where he named his dog 'Dog'.

Yea, I think he could teach a few of those rioters a little respect, and would probably have a few 'words of wisdom' with some Congressmen and Senators. Darn I miss him!
