Bsod - driver irql

Hello,

I was experienced strange BSOD's lately but only in a single circumstance:
I was using 1 kit of 8GB Dual Channel Corsair Vengeance one month ago. No BSOD's.

I was installed a second KIT, same type of Memory Kit, and from that moment the BSOD's started to occur. I was thinking that there must be a problem with my new Memory Kit, sending them to warranty. 2 weeks i was running only with the original Memory Kit, no BSOD's occur. Installed the new Kit 2 days ago that i was received from my warranty complaint and the BSOD's started again.
I was switching my original Memory Kit to see that is a problem with memory slots on the motherboard, running 2 weeks on each pair of slots but.. no problem with that, no BSOD's.

Please uninstall Daemon Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7.

 SPTD Removal:
  • Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs.
  • Reboot the system.
  • Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.
  • DuplexSecure - Downloads
As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO
 Clean boot
Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
  • Click on the
  • Type CMD on Search
  • Left click and Run as Administrator
  • Type SFC /scannow

Check if the firmware of your SSD is up to date.

Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it.

 Hard Drive Diagnostics

  • Double click and open my computer.
  • Right click on desired drive and hit properties.
  • Click on tools tab and Check now.
