The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xfffffa800c1864e0, 0xfffff880109d87a0, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 120114-20545-01.

My monitor suddenly went blank and next thing i knew my PC restarted. PC is running on Windows 7 home (64 bit) ,Dell, i7-3770 3.40Ghz, 8GB, nividia Geforce GT640.

Why did you replace the harddrive? Did it have a hardware failure?
Did you restore an image of old disk to the new disk?

No extra info shown on blue screen of death... Some dll or exe?
bsod 0x00000116 is most of the time a video driver problem. Try to get the latest video driver.

So your old disk was really faulty and you replaced it by a new empty one. Did you reinstall win7 on it?

How to restore..... : You should have made an image backup when all was still working correctly. did you do that? With which software?

i replaced it by a new empty one and install win7 on the new HD, and went to DELL website and install the drivers, then i copied some of the file from the old HD (as a slave disk) into the new HD..

.i didn't make an image backup when the old HDD was still working correctly.
