Hi There,

The driver causing these,

Code:
BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff88008aaad7b, fffff88009054798, fffff88009053ff0}

Probably caused by : bckd.sys ( bckd+1d7b )

Followup: MachineOwner
Is related to your K9 Web Protection.

Driver Reference Table - bckd.sys

Specifically the web filter, you can try their support here,

Support | K9 Web Protection - Free Internet Filter and Parental Control Software

I'm not familiar with the program myself.

I don't know if you want to uninstall it but that is what's causing it so they should support it or it's not worth it.

They do have a specific page to support blue screen crashes here,

Troubleshooting Crashes or Blue Screens | K9 Web Protection - Free Internet Filter and Parental Control Software

FYI, K9 support replied back with this:

"Currently K9 and Avast are conflicting with each other. To resolve this issue please follow the instructions below:
Go to the Avast Console.
Click on [Real-Time Shields].
Next Click on [Web Shield].
Click on [Expert Settings] and then [Exclusions].
Next add "k9filter.exe" (without the quotation marks) to the "Processes to Exclude" list.
Click [OK]
You may need to wait a minute but you should be able to get to the internet now. Please let me know the results."

i did what they asked and it still happened. let them know, but haven't heard back in a week.

i'll go ahead and mark this solved, although i would like to hear back from them again. if i do i'll post again.

thanks again for your help.
