Ok, do you feel comfortable working inside the computer a little? If you do, please turn the computer off, unplug the power cable from the back of the computer, hold down the start button for 30 seconds, it will not start, but it will drain any stored power inside the computer. Take the side panel off, Disconnect 1 cable from the Western Digital drive, usually the smaller one is easiest. Leave your SSD just the way it is. plug the power cable back in and wait a few seconds, if you have led lights on your motherboard, they should come back on. Start the computer and see if it will boot, if you get a BSOD, it is OK, but we hope you don't. You may get error messages that a drive cannot be connected, we knew that already. I just want to see if you can get to the desktop.

If you get to the desktop and it runs OK, you can reconnect the WD drive. If it won't boot, leave the WD disconnected.

    Western Digital disconnected All correct

Just started fine, may be quicker , could access to desktop and use firefox, only difference Samsung Magician announced immediately an error (without being asked to run, is it always running ) and when capturing a screen shot (of magician) with ALT printscreen the image went directly to dropbox and was not in the clip board contrary to what happened with the WD connected.
Sometimes when booting, before typing password, I get an announce about the Broadcom running but not this time.
I am going to reconnect the WD.

So, do I understand correctly that it will boot fine, but things just don't operate normal? If that is true, leave it disconnected

Then open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Things operated normally after disconnecting but with the 2 differences I noticed. The one about Samsung magician I do not understand except that when I clicked again on magician it worked fine. What I suspect is that some of the files that Samsung magician use or write to are on disk F:
    which was disconnected
may be the same explanation for clipboard or for dropbox.
There might be some bug related to dropbox because some of my BSOD happen in the first minutes of a session when dropbox runs. Anyway I shall run the scan on disks, but if I want to scan the E and F disks I should leave the WD connected ?
Yesterday I already run the CHKDSK /F on disk C: with no errors , is it different from scan ?

SFC is a system file checker that checks and tries to fix and repair corrupted system files. it does nothing with other files that may be divided between the 2 drives. That should not be the case You can install programs entirely on the WD, but you will not get the benefit of the SSD. Under no circumstances should there be system files on both drives. I had noticed in one of your screenshots, it appears that there is a 100MB system reserved on the WD drive that should not be there. That is what Windows boots from. The entire Operating system and all programs should be on the SSD. You can put your Data on the WD, I do that, but there should be no system files there. If there are, you will most likely need a clean install. I can help you do that so that there are no files on the WD that shouldn't be there. That is what I suspect has happened.
