Win & 64 bit Random Crashes in games

Hi all, first post here in Seven Forums. So I have been blue screening pretty frequently, and I dont know what could be causing it. I am also not very versed in reading .dmp files, so I am coming here for help. I have zipped up my last 3 crashes, as anything before that is going to be very, very old. Thanks for looking!

EDIT: I accidently typed & in the title, I meant 7. Sorry for the confusion.

It has been happening during Skyrim, (which is modded, just played fine for about an hour with a fresh install no mods) Batman Arkham City, and in the past it happened a lot with Planetside 2 and Warframe.

Sorry, just read the rules for posting in this forum and I have uploaded my files incorrectly. Here is the zip folder the program "dm log collector" generates.
