BSoD with Event ID 41

Hi everyone,

In the past four months, I've been experiencing random BSoDs every two weeks, all of which have event ID 41.

I have read DrillHead's thread Random BSOD in WIndows 7 Kernel-Power Event ID 41, I will be running memory and hard drive tests tonight. However, I am not sure if we have exactly the same problem. Therefore, I have attached the dump file information obtained from DM log collector.

Thanks in advance!

Uninstall Networx monitoring software. Reboot, and post new dmp files if you get more BSOD's.
