Constant Blue Screens,ntoskrnl.exe IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello all!

I've been having a VERY annoying issue as of late. I usually keep my computer in standby when I go to bed on weekdays. However, multiple times a week, I turn my laptop on to find out that it shut down. When I log in, I get the "windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" message. Upon pulling up blue screen view, I see the bug check string as "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" caused by the driver "ntoskrnl.exe". I've ran memtest twice for 7 passes and it turned up no errors so I am at a loss here . See the attached screen shot of Bluescreen View. Help would be appreciated! My only guess is some obscure driver issue. I have also attached the DMP files as a .zip.

Bug check string as "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" caused by the driver "ntoskrnl.exe" has often been associated with memory issues in my experience. You can test for bad chips by removing all but one of them, assuming your 8 Gigs consists of more than one chip, and testing the results.

Of course, this is just my $.02. As with most everything in life, others may have a different story.
