Windows 7: BSOD, and computer crashes when going into sleep mode

I did update it & it is showing the latest version in the properties for the device already. I just double checked. Here is a screencap of the latest driver with the properties for my device next to it. The computer is still freezing up when I attempt to put it to sleep though.

The latest crash dump contained in the zip uploaded with post #8 says that the driver is of 2009.

We have to wait for another BSOD to say anything more about it; but if the driver is updated, the BSOD should not occur during sleep anymore.

Thanks for the clarification. Do you have any other suggestions to figure out why the computer won't go to sleep when I put it in sleepmode?

So you say now this computer is not going to sleep?
Not bad, actually.

But if you need sleep, check the power options settings.
