BSOD on new build, usually when waking up from sleep
I'm desperately running out of ideas. This is a new build and I've been having blue screens since the beginning. The first one happened during Windows installation so I'm leaning towards a hardware problem as opposed to a driver/software. Almost all of BSODs happen when I wake it from the sleep - it blue screens and reboots. Only one time it happened during normal operation. It started as NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM so I suspected a bad SSD. I did disk check, sfc/ scannow, even replaced the SSD. Nothing. I ran the memory test using memtest for 4 hours - no memory errors. Then it started showing different BSOD errors: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. My video card started making weird noises so I RMA'd it thinking maybe it was the problem. However, the errors continued with the new video card and the funny thing is, it's also making similar noise now. I find it unlikely that two cards have the same defect. Could it be a bad power supply? Motherboard?
Here are the system specs:
