    BSOD with Bug Check: 000000A

This is an ongoing problem that I have been having with my Windows 7 Laptop. I believe, it crashed with Bug Check: 000000A instead of going into sleep mode.

    Here is my dump logs.

Same as before - update the WinCap filter driver, or uninstall the software.

It is not letting me download the latest version, because I need to remove the older version that is installed on my system first. How do I remove it?
