BSOD with Bug Check: 000000A
This is an ongoing problem that I have been having with my Windows 7 Laptop. I believe, it crashed with Bug Check: 000000A instead of going into sleep mode.

Okay. I will see what I can do tomorrow. I will post back if I can't get it to update or don't understand.
It is not letting me download the latest version, because I need to remove the older version that is installed on my system first. How do I remove it?
